Dennis McClintock was born in Iowa, raised in California and started his fine art photography business in Texas before moving to Northfield, MN, in 2010. He has participated in most years of the Northfield Riverwalk Market Fair and 2019 was his tenth year as part of the Northfield Arts Guild Riverfront Arts Festival during Defeat of Jesse James Days. While in Texas he participated for many years in the Pecan Street Festival in downtown Austin and numerous other shows in the Texas hill country and beyond. He enjoys photographing landscapes, sunsets, historical buildings and other man-made structures, nature and wildlife.
Dennis’s photographic art has been displayed and/or sold in galleries, art shows, gift shops, restaurants and retail, including the Northfield MN Arts Guild Gallery and Gift Shop, Oasis Restaurant and Gift Shop in Austin TX, Northfield Senior Center Gallery, Archer House River Inn, Frame Works St Paul MN, The Hideaway Coffee and Wine Bar and other businesses. He was featured in a group show of “Sunrises and Sunsets in Texas” at Austin-Bergstrom Airport and one of his images was used to promote that exhibit.
Dennis has been shooting all digital since 2003 and enjoys the opportunity to exercise his creative talents both in the capture of images and in the post processing. Images are sold as prints on paper (matted and/or framed), gallery wrap canvas and metal, with more substrates to come.
